Here are the basic rules for the 2018 NYCE 11/12u division:
- Born after date - 4/30/2005
- Field Size - 51 ft mound / 75 ft bases
- Innings Played & # of umps - 7 innings & 2 umpires ($60 per team)
- Time - 2 hours & 15 minutes (no new inning after 2 hours & 10 min)
- Leading & Stealing is allowed
- Drop 3rd strikes are enforced
- Pitchers will get one warning on balks
- Bats Allowed - Wood bats only (including bamboo)
- Lineups - Univeral or 10 batters (1 EH) or 11 batters (2 EH)
- With non-universal lineups starter can re-enter into their original batting spot, but bench players CANNOT re-enter once removed.
