- Born after date - 4/30/2010
- Field Size - 46 ft mound / 60 ft bases
- Time - 1 hours & 45 minutes
- Innings Played & # of umps - 6 innings & 1 umpires ($60 per team)
- Leading & Stealing is NOT allowed
- Drop 3rd strikes are NOT enforced
- Bats Allowed - Wood bats & Aluminum 2 1/4 barrel
- Lineups - Universal
