This division is designed for 13, 14 & 15 year old players looking to play real baseball using all of the MLB rules (except the time limit) including

the MLB regulation field size of 60 / 90.

Pitchers & Catchers will continue to learn about controlling the running game. This division is also designed to give freshman & sophomore 

high school players the opportunity to continue playing high level competitive baseball after their high school season is over in early spring.

 Here are the basic rules for the 2021 NYCE 13/14/15u division:

​

 - Born after date - 4/30/2006

 - Field Size - 60 ft mound / 90 ft bases

 - Innings Played & # of umps - 7 innings & 2 umpire

($60 per game)

 - Time - No new inning after 2 hours

 - Leading & Stealing is allowed

 - Drop 3rd strikes are enforced

 - Bats Allowed - Wood bats only 

(Bamboo allowed, Composite NOT allowed)

 - Lineups - Univeral or 10 batters (1 EH)

or 11 batters (2 EH). With non-universal lineups starter

can re-enter into their original batting spot,

but bench players CANNOT re-enter once removed.

 - Mercy Rule - 12 runs after 4 innings

& 10 runs after 5 innings
